We were so pleased with the customer service and quality of the park benches that we ordered for a community service project. When placing the order, I spoke with Bess to see if there was any way to expedite our order so that we would receive the benches in time for our project. She checked and could not guarantee delivery, but we proceeded thinking we could just install the benches later. Well, they showed up 3 days before our project.
