In addition to the manufacturing/processing times, add 3 to 5-business days for Standard UPS or FedEx ground shipping (depending on destination). Orders requiring LTL delivery average an additional 2 to 7-day lead time depending on destination. LTL delivery companies should contact you to make a delivery appointment.
All orders originating in the state of Alabama are subject to state and city tax as required by law due to our Company's corporate location in Montgomery, AL. The exact amount of sales tax applied to your online order will appear in the order review screen once you have entered your zip code.

You can change your shipping address by completing our online service request form or by contacting Customer Service. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.
Orders that are cancelled less than three days (72 hours) after order receipt date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, up to a maximum of $50.00 USD. Orders more than 72-hours old may not be subject to cancellation, depending upon order status. If production has not started on the order, it may be cancelled at the aforementioned cancellation rate. Any orders already in production cannot be cancelled. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
