COMMERCIAL SITE FURNISHING LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THERMOPLASTIC COATED PRODUCTS, ACCESSORIES AND OTHER NOTED COMMERCIAL FURNISHINGS THAT ARE MADE IN THE UNITED STATES.

Warranty Information

What does this warranty cover?

Subject to the exclusions contained below, Commercial Site Furnishings warrants its commercial products that are noted with our 7-Year Limited Warranty Seal. The majority of Commercial Site Furnishings products that are proudly Made in the USA carry our 7-year warranty seal. Commercial Site Furnishings products that are noted with our 7-year seal are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage for a period of 7 years. This limited warranty is a consumer's exclusive remedy, and applies as follows to new products, accessories and other noted products purchased by commercial or residential consumers in the United States, which are accompanied by this written warranty:

Products Covered Length of Coverage
Thermoplastic-Coated Commercial Products Seven (7) years from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of the product.
Accessories as defined above Seven (7) years from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of the product.
Products or Accessories that are Repaired or Replaced The balance of the original warranty or for ninety (90) days from the date returned to the consumer, whichever is longer.

What is covered?

Surface Extensive Wear. Extensive surface wear over a 7-year period, as defined by Commercial Site Furnishings claims personnel, are covered with this warranty. This extensive wear and tear portion of the warranty includes thermo-plastic coatings or noted powder-coated products on our steel products that have evenly worn down to the metal.

Breakage Due to Rust. Any breakage to the Table Tops, Park Bench Seats/Backs, or Frame Joints of our thermoplastic-coated furnishings shall be covered with this warranty.

What is not covered? (exclusions)

Abuse & Misuse. Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper use, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (scraping, cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b) contact with a corrosive liquid, acid rain, extreme weather conditions, or metal cleats; (c) use of the Products or Accessories in any manner other than the purposes for which the Products or Accessories were designed or subjecting the Product or Accessory to abnormal usage or conditions; or (d) other acts which are not the fault of Commercial Site Furnishings (vandalism or intentional stripping of any of the coating), are excluded from coverage.

Unauthorized Service or Modification. Defects or damages resulting from unauthorized 3rd party maintenance, height or dimension adjustments outside original specifications and dimensions, installation, and other alteration are excluded from coverage.

Altered Products. Products or Accessories with (a) parts that have been removed, or altered; (b) parts that have been added that are not offered by Commercial Site Furnishings, or (c) products being used nonconforming from original stated use, are excluded from coverage.

Who is covered?

This warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser, and is not transferable.

What will Commercial Site Furnishings do?

Commercial Site Furnishings, at its discretion, will at no charge repair or replace any products and/or accessories that are approved by its claims department for warranty coverage. We may use functionally equivalent reconditioned / refurbished / pre-owned or new products, accessories or parts. In some cases and depending on circumstances, Commercial Site Furnishings may extend a partial warranty depending on situation. Based on the volume of commercial business we do each year, it is imperative that you either keep your original invoice (hard copy or email) or order number. All products and accessories that are requested to be covered under warranty must match the invoice description to be eligible for warranty coverage.

How to obtain warranty service or other information?

You will receive instructions on how to ship the Products, Accessories or Hardware, at your expense, to a Commercial Site Furnishings Authorized Repair Center. To obtain service, you must include: (a) a copy of your invoice (printed email or original), or original invoice number; (b) a written description of the problem; (c) your name, address, and telephone number.

What other limitations are there?

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, OTHERWISE THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER, AND IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMMERCIAL SITE FURNISHINGS BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT, ACCESSORY, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR APPLICATIONS OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE ABILITY OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS OR ACCESSORIES TO THE FULL EXTENT THESE DAMAGES MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW.

Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on the length of an implied warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or from one jurisdiction to another.

All questions concerning the construction, validity, and interpretation of this Warranty and the performance of the obligations imposed by this Agreement shall be governed by the internal law, not the law of conflicts, of the State of Alabama.
