MATERIALS

Table and Bench Tops
• The tabletop shall be constructed of 3/4" thick, particleboard with average density of 45 P.C.F.
• Tabletop and bench corners shall have a 1/2" radius.
• Tabletop and bench is laminated with WilsonArt®.030 high-pressure laminate sheet for superior abrasion resistance.
• Laminates shall meet or exceed NEMA standards. A .028" phenolic backer is bonded to the bottom of the table core for stability / moisture resistance.
• Total table and bench top thickness shall be .808" +/- .004".
• Edges are sealed and finished with black EdgeGuard™, a sprayed on polyurea edge treatment that provides superior resistance to moisture, eliminates unsanitary food traps, and is extremely tamper resistant.
• Additional colors are available:

Top Support Frame
• Tabletops shall be supported with a 14-gauge steel channel apron. Dimensions shall be 1.81" deep from hem to flash. The channel shall be securely fastened to the tabletop with #10 x 3/4" industrial screws every 9 inches on center. The open portions of the channel steel apron shall face the center of the table and shall be affixed to the tabletop a minimum of one inch from the table edge.
• Table support frame for 8' models features 14-gauge channel with center V-support, an industry exclusive, for added strength and safety, which provides outstanding load-bearing capacity for rigorous conditions.
• Latches are laser cut 11-gauge steel for accuracy, safety and long life. Latches are located where mechanism cannot be accidentally opened or knocked out of adjustment.

Bench Support Frame
• In open position, unit has eight points of floor contact on 7' and 8' models: four casters and four leg tubes capped by heavy-duty rubber crutch tips for maximum stability.
• Unit has seven points of contact on 6' models: four casters and three leg tubes capped by heavy-duty rubber crutch tips for maximum stability.

Table Undercarriage Assembly
• The undercarriage shall be a self-supporting MIG welded unitized frame design. The undercarriage shall be capable of supporting the tabletop and benches in a safe and stable manner under normal use and conditions.
• Undercarriage leg assembly shall be made from 1-1/4" diameter, 14-gauge cold-rolled steel.
• Caster leg assembly shall be 14-gauge 1-1/8" square tubing, 28" long.
• Casters: table rolls on four 3" diameter x 1-1/4" wide Poly II gray rubber, non-marking, ball-bearing swivel casters (two with locking mechanism) for easy rolling and for compact, safe storage.
• Attachments: At least grade 5, 3/8" diameter bolts with lock nuts. Nylon bushings shall be used at pivot points.
• All metal parts are thoroughly cleaned to resist corrosion and provide maximum paint adhesion, finished with high-grade electrostatically applied baked-on epoxy powder coat for superior resistance to abrasion, marring and scratching. The metal finish shall be baked on lightly textured polyester powder coating with chrome plating available on caster legs.

STORAGE FOOTPRINT
• 34M: 24" wide x length of unit. Add 9" for each additional table/bench.
• 35M: 25-1/2" wide x length of unit. Add 10-1/2" for each additional table/bench.

USE FOOTPRINT
• 34M: 29" wide x length of unit.
• 35M: 30-1/2" wide x length of unit.

CERTIFICATIONS AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

GREENGUARD Certification: We have been awarded both the GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certification® and the more stringent Children & Schools Certification (daycare and K-12) by the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute (GEI). All GREENGUARD products have been tested for their chemical emissions performance and can be found in the GREENGUARD product guide at greenguard.org.

UL Listed Tested by Underwriters Laboratories: meets the more stringent safety standards contained in UL Standard for Safety for Folding Rollaway Tables, UL 2040.

WARRANTY

As part of Palmer Hamilton's on-going commitment to quality, product specifica-tions, changes or modifications may be made without prior notice. Palmer Hamilton warrants that its products shall be free from defects in original material and workmanship for a period of fifteen years from the original shipment date. This warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear or in the event products are damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, vandalism, neglect, accident, improper application, and modification or repair by persons not authorized by Palmer Hamilton. The company will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defects.

Any repair or replacement must be approved in advance by the factory before any action is taken. There are no implied warranties of fitness or merchantability, and there are no other express warranties beyond the warranties expressed here.
